(AP) -- PONTIAC, Mich. (AP) - A judge is trying to determine whether an Arizona woman's lawsuit against a man who already had a wife and four children when she married him should go to trial. Lesley Keith testified for eight hours Thursday in Oakland County Circuit Court about her relationship with Eugene Pallisco, whom she is suing for emotional distress. The 37-year-old Keith claims Pallisco didn't tell her about his second family until 2007, five years after they wed in Dearborn.
Keith testified Pallisco told her he was married when they met in 1997, but said later that he had divorced his wife. Pallisco argues he was never legally married to Keith because, among other claims, their marriage license wasn't registered with the county clerk after the nuptials.
Pallisco is scheduled to testify before Circuit Judge Cheryl Matthews on Friday morning.
