The Michigan Department of Community health has announced the H1N1 vaccine will be available to everyone by December 14th.

All local health departments will be administering these shots as available to all groups.

While target groups are still strongly encouraged to get the vaccine, all Michigan residents are now also able.

The MDCH says there is to be no cost charged to patients for the vaccine, as the Federal Government is covering these costs. However, an administration fee up to $19.84 may be charged per patient for the service provided.

According to reports from the MDCH, 66 people have died in Michigan from the H1N1 virus since April.
