A MidMichigan company was featured in a national television show recently.
Motor City Motors is a Detroit-based program on the Discovery Channel.
One episode featured a souped up truck with a millings asphalt recycler. It's built by KM International in Lapeer County's North Branch.
NBC25 stopped by Tuesday to check out the sweet ride.
It's a 1984 Chevy Suburban with hydraulics in the front and asphault-to-go in the back.
Workers say, they like the exposure.
Kurt Schwartz, who works in sales and marketing at KM International, says "We sell internationally. we sell all over the world to municipal contractors. We don't pick who our customers are. We just try to get more of them."
Coming up the week of February 8th, NBC25 will feature several products made in Michigan, including KM International products that produce products and materials more economically and more environmentally friendly.
