BAY COUNTY -- A 19 year old woman has been arrested in connection to the death of a newborn baby. 

The Bay County Sheriff’s department reports on December 11, 2009 the body of a newborn baby was found in a Williams Twp. dumpster.  After extensive investigation, the sheriff’s department arrested the Nicole Kipfmiller around 10:00 p.m. Monday night in connection to the death. 

Kipfmiller is being charged with 2^nd degree homicide, involuntary manslaughter, and the moving of a dead body.
