The cold weather did not stop people from taking a dive this weekend at the Third Annual Polar Bear Plunge in Columbiaville.

More than 30 participants enjoyed a cold dive into the water that was about 34 degrees at the Levi Cutting Park boat launch. The free event was open to anyone 18 years of age and older.

Officials say many went in more than once.
