The report of a child struck went out around ten minutes before 3:00 Saturday afternoon.

It happened on Farmer Street between Dixie Highway and Ann Mary Street in Saginaw County's Buena Vista Township.

The victim was taken by ambulance to the hospital.

The street was closed while police investigated.

It is reopened now.

The condition of the victim was unavailable.
