Flint police are investigating a strange burglary.

It happened on Monteray Avenue near Miller Road.

The victim says a burglar broke into her home Sunday night and stole jewelry and cash, but it didn't end there.

The victim says the burglar left his clothes on her porch, spread power-steering fluid on her cats, sprayed glue in the dog's food dish, and left a scalpel and screwdriver behind.

She says he left chemicals on her toothbrush as well.

The victim says she knows who the burglar is and that it's a hate crime.
