NBC25 has just learned that Genesys technical workers are holding off on a strike.

Teamsters Local 332 president Nina Bugbee says progress is being made and that the medical center has agreed to go back to the table.

The union says it won't consider a strike notice until at least September 24th.

They'll be back to the table September 7th.
