BAY CITY -- A water main break along Cass Avenue between S. Farragut St. and S. Lincoln Avenue will cause a traffic delay. Drivers are urged to slow down and use caution in this area as flooding of a portion of the roadway has occurred. Traffic will also be affected as crews will be working to fix the problem.
