FARWELL -- A Farwell Middle School student has been diagnosed with Viral Meningitis.

School officials tell NBC25 the girl is recovering at home and is expected to be OK.

Classes resumed today for the rest of the student body.

There will be a meeting Tuesday at 7:00 pm at the High School Media Center to inform parents about the illness and answer any questions. Another meeting will be held Wednesday at 10:00 am.
