FLINT -- Two Mid-Michigan businesses have donated trees to those in need.

Wednesday, Carriage Town Mission gave away 50 Christmas Trees and wreaths for free.

The two local tree farmers said they’d rather see the excess trees in the homes of people in need rather than being burned.
