A gun fight sends one person to jail and the other to the hospital.

NBC25 cameras caught the victim being rushed to Hurley Medical Center around 2pm Thursday.

Police say, they believe the victim is around 38-years-old.

They say he was shot in the arm, chest, and head.

They say the victim was able to run several blocks to Dupont and Jean.

The back windows of his tan vehicle were shot out.

Witnesses say they heard around 20-shots.

Police took a teen into custody near the vehicle at Chevrolet and Clement.

The condition of the shooting victim is not known.
