MIDLAND CO. -- A Midland teen is accused of sexually assaulting girls at two different high schools.
A pretrial was held Monday morning in the Midland County Court of Anthony Havemen. The 17 year old is accused of one sex crime against a Dow High School student, and two sex crimes against a Bay City Central female.
A tentative date for a jury trial has been set for March 21st before Judge Michael Beale. He will be tried as an adult in the criminal sexual conduct cases. If convicted, the punishment is up to 15 years in prison.
Havemen is currently being held in the Midland County Jail.
