FLINT -- Update: May 6th, 1:15 p.m.

Flint Police have released more details about this crime.  They report Andre Miller was at his home on the 1900 block of Franklin Thursday night with his fiancee and 15-year-old son, when three men broke into the back door of the home.

Miller allegedly began fighting with one of the suspects, 26-year-old Mark Kemp, for a gun. Gun shots were fired.  Miller was shot inthe stomach, and Kemp was shot in the head.

At last report, both were in critical condition.

The other two suspects escaped in a silver car that was parked across the street.

Police are investigating a double shooting in Flint.

Shortly after 10 p.m. Thursday, police responded to a shooting at 1934 Flushing, where a victim was found shot in the chest.

Scanner reports say a second victim was found next door with gun shot wounds to the side and possibly the head.

Police tell NBC25 the shooting suspect took off in a Honda and was driving erratically.

Scanner reports say one victim is in serious condition, the other is in guarded condition.
