BAY CITY -- A Bay City mother of four has been charged for allegedly sexually assaulting her co-worker’s 2-year-old child.
District Court records indicate that Patricia Kreiner was charged with two counts of 1st Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct with a victim under13 years old on May 11th.
The Bay City Times reports this stems form a case in March, when Kreiner baby-sat for a coworker, and allegedly digitally penetrated the child. According to the media report, the defendant’s attorney claims crime report documents were falsified by a Michigan State Police trooper.
The punishment for such a crime, if found guilty, is a minimum of 25 years in prison and a maximum of life.
A $1,000 bond was set, and a May 26th preliminary hearing has been scheduled in the case.
