Birch Run Township Police are asking for the public’s help finding a bold thief.

The crook was caught in the act in surveillance cameras.  Police say he walked into the Zales at the Birch Run Prime Outlets just after 8:00p.m. Friday night.

The man asked to look at an expensive engagement ring.  He then grabbed it and ran out of the store. 

Police say they believe the man is from mid-Michigan.  If you know who he is, Birch Run Police Officer Jason Wise is asking for anyone who may have an idea as to who this man is, to call him.
