Looking for the least painful price at the pump? AAA Michigan says the lowest average is in the Saginaw and Bay City areas.

The auto club reports the average in those areas is $3.65 per gallon. That’s about four cents cheaper than the state’s current average.

According to the Associated Press, Michigan drivers are paying 92 cents a gallon more than they were at the same time last year.
