Saginaw police have been busy this weekend after four shootings in one day. First, a triple shooting early Saturday morning, then another one 13-hours later.

A triple shooting this weekend left three teens hospitalized. Some Saginaw residents are in disbelief.

Ronald Holmes says, " Too many young people are dying and being killed nonsense."

This latest round of shootings hits close to home for Holmes. He has buried two brothers, both lost to Saginaw gun violence.

Holmes continues, " A couple of years ago I went through that. My two brothers were killed and they were 15 and 13 when they was killed."

Holmes was shocked to know that a 19 year old and two 17 year old men were shot early Saturday morning at this house-apartment building on south Weadock. Glass now litters the street after police say multiple rounds were fired hitting two of the young men in the legs and striking one in the back. They're currently listed in stable condition, so far no arrests.

Residents in West Saginaw are reacting after another shooting that same day disrupted their neighborhood. Police are trying to find out why and who fired shots near Webster and Saginaw streets. It was the fourth shooting in 24 hours.

Resident David Browning says, " That's scary. If your kids can't go outside and play its like being in jail."

But after suffering his own loss, activists like Ronald Holmes aren't giving up so easily. He still sees some hope.
