FLINT -- A 19-year-old man is in critical condition after he was shot Saturday evening near Dayton and Winona streets in Flint.  Police responded to the scene around 6:40 p.m.  Jonathan Tibbs was taken to Hurley Medical Center, where he is listed in critical condition.  Police have no suspects at this time.  Anyone with information is asked to call the Flint Police Department at (810) 237-6800.
