Mayor Dayne Walling will present his State of the City Address Monday night during the Emergency Manager's meeting with city council at 5:30PM.

The speech is expected to last around 20 minutes. His office says it will highlight positive people, programs, and partnerships in Flint.

Those NBC25 spoke with today say they want the mayor to address the lack of jobs and opportunities for young people.
