FLINT -- The Flint Journal needs your help to promote the American Heart Association's National Walking Day!

On Wednesday, April 4, companies, organizations and individuals across America are going to wear sneakers to work and take 30 minutes to walk and pledge to live heart-health lives.

The Flint Journal's walk will begin at the new MLive building on 540 S. Saginaw Street and wrap around through downtown Flint and aroun the U of M campus.

Several of our NBC25 crew members will be downtown at noon to participate. Come out and join us!
