Accused pedophile ruled competant to stand trial

FLINT -- A Mount Morris Township man accused of sexually assaulting an infant while he took pictures has been ruled competant to stand trial.

25-year-old Daniel Hall faces multiple counts of criminal sexual misconduct.  Police say he performed sex acts with a six-month-old  girl while his wife Alisha took photos.

A psychological review of Alisha Hall has yet to be completed.

The couple is excpted back in court next week for a pre-trial hearing.
