ARENAC COUNTY -- Authorities in Arenac County continue a manhunt for a prisoner who disarmed a sheriff's deputy and then fled in a transport vehicle.

Twenty-nine-year-old Everett Robinson is 5'10", weighs 220 pounds and was last seen wearing an orange prison jumpsuit.

According to the Arenac County Sheriff's Department, Robinson disarmed a sheriff's deputy around 10:30 a.m., while being transported from Standish to Roscommon for a court hearing.

Robinson fled in the transport vehicle before ditching it on M-55 near Interstate 75.
