FLINT TOWNSHIP -- Police have confirmed that the 43-year-old woman who went missing last week in Flint Township has been found.

Melissa Ann Darnaby was last seen at Hurley Medical Center on May 23. Authorities feared for her safety becuase they believed she was not taking her medication.

Darnaby was found safely on Monday at an undisclosed location and is currently receiving treatment.

Police say Darnaby has been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
