FLINT -- For the first time in over 50 years, Flint has a master plan.

The plan is a 20-year blueprint for the city.

Officials say flint hasn't had a master plan since 1960.

The blueprint will allow the community to join with city leaders and identify problem areas.

The community is asked to weigh in and residents can do so by attending community workshops.  The next workshop is in November.
