ISABELLA COUNTY -- A Mount Pleasant man who held police at bay for hours following a home invasion appeared in court on Monday.

Blake Ketner is charged with home invasion, assault with a dangerous weapon, assaulting a police officer and stealing firearms.

Police say ketner assaulted a homeowner during a burglary near Wise and Coleman Roads on Friday. 

Ketner then fled to his mother's home where police later found him.
