A Flint church is working to make sure kids in the city stay warm this winter.

The house of prayer is collecting coats for their annual Coat Giveaway next month.

Organizers say they have seen too many kids standing at the bus stop without winter gear.

To help, the church is collecting coats for school aged children to be given away in November.
