FLINT -- The man charged with killing a 13-year-old girl while fleeing state police in Flint in September of last year has pleaded no contest in the case.

Mark Blount is charged with involuntary manslaughter and operating a vehicle without a license causing death.

The hit and killed Misty Kurmas as she crossed the street for church.

Blount will be sentenced in january.
