MT. PLEASANT -- A Mt. Pleasant man charged with stabbing and killing another man at a party last month will face a judge in december.

Curtis Leachman waived his preliminary examination in Isabella County and has been bound over to circuit court.

Leachman is charged with open murder and witness intimidation in the death of 22-year-old Tyrone Stanley of Mount Pleasant.
