SAGINAW -- A Saginaw man is ordered to stand trial on charges that he raped a woman at an east side Saginaw apartment earlier this year.

A judge ruled that procescutors showed cause to take Lafayette Watkins to trial in circuit court.

Watkins is charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct causing personal injury.

If convicted, Watkins could spend up to 10 years in prison.

He's jailed on a $100,000 bond.
