The Detroit Tigers today announced the club has acquired righthanded pitcher Max Scherzer and lefthanded pitcher Daniel Schlereth from the Arizona Diamondbacks, and lefthanded pitcher Phil Coke and outfielder Austin Jackson from the New York Yankees.
