After being swept on the diamond Wednesday, the Bobcats of Grand Blance split a doubleheader with Milford Thursday. The Mavericks took the first contest 6-5, but Grand Blanc won the finale 5-1.

Eric Fisher has made history.
The Rochester native was selected number one overall by the Kansas City Chiefs in the 2013 NFL Draft.
Fisher becomes the highest drafted play from the Mid-American Conference, and only the fourth tackle to selected number one.
After hearing his name called, the former Central Michigan University standout told ESPN, "I can't even understand what's going on."

It's a decision that Michigan fans have been dredding, but today Trey Burke delcared for the NBA Draft, and broke some of those hearts that bleed maize and blue.

Much like they did Monday at Crisler Arena, the Michigan faithful came out in droves Tuesday to show love to the Wolverines who completed a wonderful season.
Even though the year ended with a heartbreaking loss in the championship game, the fans still say it's great to be a Michigan Wolverine.

Unlike the success of the maize-and-blue this March, last year Michigan was an early out, losing to the Ohio Bobcats in the round of 64. The Wolverines went back to the drawing board, and snagged some of the top recruits in the nation, and that's exactly what Trey Burke says the team needed.
