The Michigan State University Board of Trustees today approved contract extensions through 2016 for athletics director Mark Hollis, football coach Mark Dantonio and men’s basketball coach Tom Izzo.

Three weeks after leading the Michigan State men’s basketball team to the NCAA Championship game at Detroit’s Ford Field, Coach Tom Izzo will throw out the honorary first pitch at Monday’s Detroit Tigers’ game (April 27) against the New York Yankees at Comerica Park.
