Caro High School got individual titles from Devin Scherzer in the boys' 400 meters and 200 meters and from Alexis Roe in the girls' 800 meter run, but Frankenmuth High School went on to win the boys and girls team titles in the Tri Valley East Conference track meet Tuesday evening at Millington High School.
