ALLEN PARK -- Though the focus of Day One of Lions rookie camp was rightfully squared upon first-round picks Ndamukong Suh and Jahvid Best, fans of SVSU football were more interested in a trio of former Cardinal standouts who took the field.

Linebacker John Jacobs, offensive tackle Jordan Derosia, and defensive tackle Robert Callaway all donned NFL jerseys for the first time, and took the practice field with 33 other newcomers at the Lions' Allen Park practice facility on a warm, Friday afternoon.

Click on the video link to hear from Ndamukong Suh, Lions head coach Jim Schwartz, "Mr. Irrelevant," Tim Toone - the final pick of the entire 2010 NFL Draft - and all three SVSU alums following their first day on an NFL practice field.
