Tennessee, Michigan and Notre Dame remain in mix
GRAND BLANC -- Grand Blanc senior running back Justice Hayes has reopened his recruitment, after de-committing to Notre Dame.
Hayes originally committed to the Fighting Irish during a press conference at Grand Blanc High School in late July.
"I'm gonna tell you this, we got some big guys coming in. Four and five-star recruits coming in, hopefully getting them committed. We got some great talent from last year's class, and great guys that's already there. Llike this year, I'm looking to see great things out of our team, and I'm gonna be there to support them," said Hayes on the day of his press conference.
The running back's senior season was cut short due to a wrist injury, and he eventually required surgery.
Hayes took his official visit to Notre Dame November 12th-13th and was recently quoted by rivals.com as saying "Last weekend when I went to the (Notre Dame) game I was just uncomfortable with a couple of situations."
Notre Dame is 6-5 in Brian Kelly's first season, and closes out the regular season Saturday at USC.
Hayes lists Tennessee, Michigan and Notre Dame as the frontrunners to land him next fall.
