ALCS series deficit cut to 2-1
DETROIT -- The Tigers knocked off the Texas Rangers in a 5-2 Game 3 victory Tuesday night.
Doug Fister threw 7.1 innings of seven hit, two-run baseball, as Miguel Cabrera, Victor Martinez and Jhonny Peralta all added solo home runs.
Detroit will host the Rangers in Wednesday's afternoon Game 4 hoping to even up the series.
Jamie Edmonds was in Detroit talking to fans, who were nervous about the outcome of Game 3.
