DETROIT -- For the second time in this series, a game goes into extra innings, and for the second time the Tigers come up with the short end of the stick. The difference now, is they face elimination. After game four's dissappointing outcome, the players said they're still confident.

"You have to believe, there's no other way to do it," Tigers Centerfielder Austin Jackson said. "You have to believe you can, and we still feel we can do it."

There's no other page to turn," Tigers 3rd Baseman Brandon Inge said.

"You have to go out there and win all of them now which is unfortunate obviously, but we're still in it. We're still in it. There's still hope anytime you can come back to the ball park and play."

"This Tigers team has played hard all regular season, and that's what we will do in the post season," Tigers Closer Jose Valverde said.

"Tomorrow is a new day."

"We're going to go out there and play hard like we've been doing all season," Tigers Pitcher Rick Porcello said. "It's all we can do at this point. We're going to go out there and play our hearts out and see what happens."

"This game is over, tomorrow is a new game," Victor Martinez said.

"After that, there is no tomorrow, so we have to go out there and play hard and we believe we can do that. Justin Verlander is the best pitcher in the game, so we are confident in him."

Martinez would know about come from behind victories. He was on the

2007 Cleveland Indians team that was up three games to one on the Red Sox, when Boston came back to win that series. So as he said Wednesday night, anything can happen. Game five will be at Comerica Park Thursday afternoon.
