The Saginaw Sting beat Dayton 41-25, improving to 8-0

SAGINAW -- The Saginaw Sting improved to 8-0, defeating the Dayton SIlverbacks 41-25.

With the win, the Sting will host the CIFL Championship game at the Dow Event Center in Saginaw.

At the game tonight was Steelers linebacker and Saginaw native Lamarr Woodley. He spoke with NBC25 about the latest controversy surrounding concussions in football.

"It's a violent game, head injuries happen," Woodley said. "It comes with the game so you know what to expect on the football field."
