According to Reuters, 2 crew members are missing after HMS Bounty sunk off the coast of North Carolina in the wake of Hurricane Sandy.

The ship was slated to be in Bay City next year for the Tall Ship celebration. It would have been anchored on the Saginaw River off the Saginaw Bay.

A helicopter rescued 14 of the 16 crew members. The tall ship was built for the movie "Mutiny on the Bounty". It lost power while at sea on Sunday. For more information on the Tall Ships Celebration, check out their Facebook page.
