TUSCOLA COUNTY -- Proceedings against a Millington man charged with criminal sexual conduct involving a twelve-year-old girl will move forward in curcuit court.
Todd Geisenhaver is charged with seventeen felonies.
Geisenhaver is accused of assualting his victim from November 2008 through December 2012 at locations in Vassar and Vassar Township.
The victim was between twelve and fifteen years of age at the time.
Geisenhaver is currently being held in the Tuscola County Jail.
