Flint police investigating homicide on Clio Rd.

FLINT -- Flint Police are investigating a homicide on the city's north side.

Police tell NBC25 the shooting happened around 1:30 a.m. Saturday. Investigators say 27-year-old Antwan Omar Tipton was shot to death in the 4100 block of Clio Rd.

The investigation is ongoing at this time and police do not have a suspect.

Greg Biffle raced to his second straight Sprint Cup victory at Michigan International Speedway, easily holding off Kevin Harvick after points leader Jimmie Johnson smacked the wall in the final laps Sunday. It was the 1,000th victory for Ford across NASCAR's three national series - Cup, Nationwide and Truck. It was Biffle's first win since he overtook Johnson to win at MIS in August.
