FLINT -- Head Coach Steve Schmidt said his guys were "out of sync" in the first half of the Bears game against Henry Ford Monday night.
But they kicked up their "defensive intensity" in the second half and came away with their second conference win of the season, 89-59.
Malik Albert led with 23 points, 5 steals.
Fred Mattison had 17 points, 13 rebounds.
Coreontae DeBerry had 13 points, 5 rebounds.
The Bears travel to Macomb Community College Wednesday night.
