Will sign autographs during first period
FLINT -- A Detroit Red Wing fan favorite and a former tough guy in the National Hockey League will be visiting Perani Arena and Event Center tomorrow afternoon.
Bob Probert will attend the Flint Generals game when they host the Bloomington Prairiethunder at 4 pm. Probert will drop the ceremonial and sign autographs during the first period.
Fans can also buy pre-signed copies of his book for $40 that also was autographed by Joey Kocur. They can get it personalized, as well as any other autographs for just $5 and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Jason Baird fund, a player who was 95 per cent burned in an accident during the summer.
Baird had signed with the Muskegon Lumberjacks prior to the accident.
