UM-Flint moves towards adding competitive sports

FLINT -- The University of Michigan-Flint has organized a committee to look into adding competitive intercollegiate athletics at the downtown Flint campus.

Campus officials are looking into joining the NAIA, or the Division II or III level of the NCAA.

UM-Flint currently has club hockey and golf teams.
