Buena Vista crushes visiting Hamady

SAGINAW -- The first quarter was one to forget for Arthur Hill, but unfortunately for the Heritage team they opposed, every game is four quarters long.

Trailing by eight at the end of a sloppily-played opening frame, the Lumberjacks found their rhythm from that point forward, as they went on for a big road victory at Heritage by a 78-62 final.

Elsewhere, the Buena Vista Knights announced their presence as a major force to be reckoned with this season.  On their home floor, they dismantled a talented Hamady team by an eye-popping final of 79-50.

In short, it was not a good night to be a Hawk.
