(AP) -- OAKLAND, Calif. - Detroit Tigers first baseman Miguel Cabrera has been selected to participate in the Home Run Derby.
Cabrera was one of six players picked Tuesday to participate in the event Monday in Anaheim.
New York's Robinson Cano, Boston's David Ortiz and Toronto's Vernon Wells were also selected in the AL. Milwaukee's Corey Hart and St. Louis' Matt Holliday will participate for the NL. Two more National League players still need to be picked.
