Bobcats outlast Rochester Adams, 3-2

FENTON -- They fell behind early and gave up a crushing goal in the final minute of the first half, but nothing would prevent Grand Blanc from advancing to the regional finals in boys soccer.

Goals from Carter Brochu and Eddie Nassar gave the Bobcats a 2-1 lead in the first half over Rochester Adams, before yielding the game-tying goal to Lucas Luna just before halftime to tie things up at two apiece.  After the teams battled through a scoreless second half, Grand Blanc would eventually prevail in the shootout round to earn the 3-2 victory.

The Bobcats will play the winner of the Troy-Traverse City West matchup, which takes place Wednesday at Midland Community Stadium.
