SAGINAW — With the passage of a 10-year, 0.225-millage renewal and reduction to support The Dow Event Center, the building’s premier tenant, the Saginaw Spirit, plans to be downtown for another decade, according to a report in The Saginaw News.
The article said President Craig Goslin and the Spirit negotiated a 10-year lease extension last year, contingent on the passage of the millage.
