MT. PLEASANT (AP) -- Nate Wolters sank a 3-pointer at the buzzer to lift South Dakota State to a 72-69 win over Central Michigan on Monday night.

Wolters finished with a game-high 25 points and six assists for the Jackrabbits (8-3) while Clint Sargent added 19 points and Chad White scored 12.

The Jackrabbits held their largest lead of 37-24 at halftime.

But the Chippewas (2-9) rallied after the break to tie it at 52-all with about eight minutes left.

Following several lead changes and ties, Central Michigan's Amir Rashid tied it for the final time at 69-all on a jumper with eight seconds to go.

Wolters won it for the Jackrabbits moments later.

Jalin Thomas and Finis Craddock led the Chippewas with 15 points each and Trey Zeigler added 10. Craddock's scoring was a career high.
